1. About TarsX

TarsX is an AI search visibility firm. We help institutions be found and described accurately across AI assistants, search, maps and listings. Our current focus is hospitals.

TarsX is based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. Its Certificate of Incorporation dated April 30, 2025 records the name TARSX - TRANSFORMATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REASONING SYSTEMS X LLP.

2. Services

Our core service is monthly AI search visibility work using generative engine optimization (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). We check hospital information, specify corrections for the hospital's web or IT team, verify published updates and review the information again as part of the agreed monthly scope.

Supporting services include operational BI audits using aggregate, non-identifying data and AI tool implementation for diagnosed needs. AI advertising is offered only where the platform, country and healthcare category are eligible and applicable requirements are met. Current availability to hospitals in India is not implied.

Each engagement's scope, responsibilities and deliverables are defined in a separate written agreement. TarsX does not provide medical advice or clinical services.

3. Acceptable use

When using this website or our services, do not:

• Use them for unlawful purposes or seek unauthorized access to systems or information.
• Disrupt the website or agreed work, or transmit malware, spam or harmful content.
• Copy protected materials beyond the permission granted.
• Send patient records or identifying patient information.
• Misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Infringe another party's intellectual property or other rights.

4. Client responsibilities

Your hospital is responsible for approving its public information and arranging implementation by its web or IT team. TarsX identifies changes and verifies the result within the agreed scope.

Provide only information and access authorized for the agreed work. Do not provide patient information or make unsupported claims about healthcare services or results.

5. Intellectual property

TarsX materials. TarsX or its licensors retain rights in pre-existing content, methods and materials. Use beyond the permission granted in an applicable agreement requires written approval.

Client materials and deliverables. Rights in client-provided materials and engagement deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Submissions. Provide only information you are authorized to share. An inquiry does not grant permission to publish your name, materials or results as a case study.

6. AI and third-party platforms

AI may be used where it supports the agreed work. AI outputs can contain errors and require review. Third-party answers, search results, maps and listings can change independently.

TarsX specifies changes and verifies updates within the agreed scope. The hospital approves its information and arranges implementation by its web or IT team. Placement, rankings, inclusion and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled for website inquiries and agreed work. It forms part of these Terms.

Hospital operational audits use aggregate, non-identifying information only. Do not submit patient data through this website or for an engagement.

8. Fees and payment

Our recurring service uses fixed monthly fees. The agreed fee, service scope, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in each client's written agreement. General use of this website is free.

9. Service delivery

Delivery schedules and review cycles are defined in the client's written agreement. Verification depends on the hospital's team publishing the agreed changes.

Third-party platforms control their own availability, indexing and displayed results, which TarsX cannot guarantee.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation, except as expressly agreed in a written client agreement.

TarsX does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs or a specific business outcome. TarsX does not provide medical advice or clinical services. Nothing here excludes a duty or protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TarsX's total liability arising out of or relating to use of the services or website will not exceed the fees paid by you to TarsX in the six months preceding the claim.

TarsX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages to the extent such exclusions are permitted by law. For paid engagements, the specific written client agreement governs liability terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TarsX and its designated partners, employees and contractors from third-party claims arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Any engagement-specific indemnity is governed by the written client agreement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to this website for a violation of these Terms or as otherwise permitted by law. Ending a paid engagement, including notice and payment obligations, is governed by the applicable written client agreement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The revision date appears at the top, and material changes will be communicated through our website. Where applicable law requires additional notice or acceptance, those requirements apply.

An active written agreement continues to govern its engagement. A website update does not by itself amend that signed agreement.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, are the default forum for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law and any valid dispute provisions in a signed client agreement.

This does not exclude mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. General provisions

Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy concern use of this website. A signed client agreement defines the engagement and takes precedence for that engagement if its terms conflict with these Terms.

Severability. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver. A failure or delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. TarsX may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all its assets, subject to applicable law and any relevant client agreement.
