- We check hospital information against facts your team confirms. For AI observations, we record the question, platform and date, and distinguish a missing mention from an inaccurate description.
- Clear change requests
- Each request explains what to update, where it appears and why it matters. Your hospital's web or IT team publishes the changes.
- A record of the work
- We verify updates, identify unresolved items and set the next priorities. A corrected source and a changed AI answer are recorded separately.

Our core service combines GEO—generative engine optimization—and AEO—answer engine optimization. We review agreed sources and questions each month, specify corrections and verify updates as your hospital's information changes.
We quote a fixed monthly fee for the agreed scope. Supporting work is scoped separately when there is a clear need:
