Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, define and carry out agreed services, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

For the monthly service, this includes checking public hospital information, preparing clear change requests for the hospital's web or IT team, verifying published updates and conducting recurring reviews. Supporting operational BI reports use aggregate, non-identifying data only.

The agreed scope determines the information needed for an engagement and its intended use. Any consent or other legal basis required for a particular use must be addressed before that use. Contact us if the purpose of a request for information is unclear.

Our contact options are direct phone, email and WhatsApp links. The current contact page does not collect inquiries through a website form.

When you call or email us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond to your inquiry and maintain relevant business records. Do not send patient information, passwords or account credentials.

Replacing the website form with direct contact links does not delete earlier CodeDesign form submissions or related notification emails. Those historical inquiry records remain subject to the retention and request provisions in this policy.

Website services and analytics

This website is built and hosted using CodeDesign.ai. The inspected website uses CodeDesign analytics and loads Google Fonts, Font Awesome and Stripe browser code. The presence of Stripe code does not establish that website payments are enabled.

CodeDesign analytics records page URLs, titles, referral information, browser language and screen dimensions. External resources receive technical requests when they load. The complete browser-storage behavior of these resources has not been verified, and we do not describe the site as cookie-free.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Additional tools used for an engagement must be identified for the agreed work. A website inquiry is not represented as being sent to an AI service.

Where information is processed

TarsX is based in India. Website hosting, analytics, email, WhatsApp and storage of historical form records involve service providers. The complete processing and storage locations for these services have not been verified. We do not represent that all information remains in India.

Contact us before sharing information if your organization has location or transfer requirements. The email hosting provider and its storage locations remain to be confirmed.

How long we keep inquiry details

Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and deleted on request.

The hospital approves its public information. Its web or IT team implements agreed changes, and TarsX verifies the published result. Operational audits use aggregate, non-identifying data only. Contact us before sharing information if its suitability is unclear.

Any incident response and notifications must follow applicable requirements. This policy makes no claim about security certifications or unverified technical safeguards.

Governing law and disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, are the default forum for disputes concerning this policy, subject to applicable law.

Mandatory rights and requirements remain unaffected. This does not limit a right to contact a regulator or use another remedy that applicable law requires to remain available.
